    Bubble Gum Cigar -----Pen

Hi all, Hope Santa was good to everyone! I finally got back out to the lathe last night to make a pen for a co-worker of my wife. She wanted a pink pen and chose a chrome cigar for the style. So here it is, a Pink Sky # 29 acrylester blank from Woodturningz in a chrome cigar. The picture really doesn't do it justice. I just have to get that light tent finished!

Who says a square peg won't fit in a round hole? Give me a lathe and couple of minutes and I'll get it to fit!

Thanks Guys! We have had a lot of requests for pink and purple acrylics, and finally found some neat blanks in those and MANY other colors. I really got into this for the woods but my wife loves the acrylics too and we get a lot of requests for acrylic pens so I guess I'll keep doing 'em

Nice looking pen! Can't remember ever seeing one quite that shade of pink before. I have granddaughters who would love that color pen!
