    60 degree revolving tailstock

Ordered a delta la200 to do some pens with, i think the pen mandrel calls for a 60 degree point on the tailend, what is the stock unit on the lathe, what unit can i order that would work, I have the oneway live center which did not have a 60 degree point and I think it was giving trouble not lining up sometimes, I don't have it with me so I need to get a new one if the stock one won't work.

    Hey John,
I was having problems with my live center chewing up my mandrel, so I decided to come up with a Mandrel/LiveCenter protector. It also makes it so you can use any live center (as long as you do your drilling right). Here's a thread from a while back. http://www.sawmillcreek.org/showthread.php?t=33167

You may even get some other insights as well.

This is the live center many pen makers use for $13 it is quite a deal.
