    I just received an email from sears. They say they have the compucarve in stock again. $1899.

    Looks like a lot of folks are jumping on them, from the comments on their forum. I've had one for over a year now and it's not a bad little machine. I have some issues with it every now and then, but with the electronics and all the sensors, it's bound to happen. Knock on wood ... nothing major yet.
