How do I enable Bezier Script in Google SU6.0 ?

I must be doing something wrong. I clicked on enable extensions in the preferences dialog.

I downloaded the Bezier.rb script and stored it in the plugins folder as follows on a Macintosh:

    - user/library/application support/google sketchup 6/sketchup/plugins/bezier.rb

It does not show up in Tools / Utilities menu.

    What am I missing?

Thanks in advance for any help -

    Neil

The Bezier curve is accessed through the Draw menu.

Glad you got it worked out Neil.

Where does one find scripts to download to the free version of SU? Is there a repository, or does the SU web site itself have them? I have looked, but have been unable to locate them. I would like to know just to have them in the back pocket, ready to go as needed .

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

AL, there are several sources for free Ruby scripts. When you download them, put them in the Plugins folder. Here are a couple of links.

Dave, are there any compatiblity issues with SU6 on these things? I know the SketchUp! site has a lot of things labeled SU5 only right now...

Jim, apparently there are a few scripts that have some issues but I haven't run into any problems with the ones I use. The main reason some were labeled as SU5 only is that the GSU (free) version wasn't able to read RBS scripts or ones that generate toolbars. I don't know if that limitation was removed with the release of SU6 or not.

Thanks, Dave. I had located the second one, but the first one eluded me until now.
