    SketchUp install issue

    I asked about this in a previous thread that someone else started but without resolution, I thought I might try you folks again with my own thread. I've been trying to install the free version 6 of Google SketchUp and get hung up immediately with Installshield. I get the following error which does not allow me to proceed:

    Error Code: -5003 : 0x5
    Error Information:
    >SetupDLL\SetupDLL.cpp (1814)

    PAPP:Google SketchUp 6
    PVENDOR:Google (http://www.Google.com)
    PGUID:B3D8B2F8-3C2C-45BC-933E-8B60E78F6684
    $11.50.0.42618PAK
    @Windows XP Service Pack 2 (2600) IE 7.0.5730.11

    I've deleted and reloaded, rebooted and renamed my Installshield file without any success. Any ideas on what is causing this and how I might fix it?
    Thanks

    Bingo! Thanks! I was changing the folder name on the wrong file.
