my first real post

been trying to do this for days. tried a few days ago but oops, no pic.
well here is a mirror i made of cocobolo a few years back. it;s the only thing i could get down to the req file size for pics. any advice......
the grain is symetrical and matched on both sides and the top has a sapwood, heartwood effect......
any help would be appreciated

I use jpeg normal at 640x480, and it gives me a file size of about 170kb. When compressed it seems to be about right for the board. I have also found that if you try to really edit it in photoshop, it can increase the file size too much.

Rob, nice work. I particularly like how the mirror frame is set on two planes, and the grain is terrific too!

I haven’t mustered the moxie myself to work wood with a drawknife, but admire you for undertaking it. The curves you created on the left side stool legs are very graceful! Keep up the good work and you will continue to inspire us.
