Thread: New Woodworking Show On PBS!

  1. #16
That's awesome. I'd like to see more woodworking shows on t.v., too.

Of course, I could have my own show, too, except it'd have to be called "Messing Up and Cussing." More like a bloopers reel thing than any truly educational programming

I sent our PBS an email requesting them to carry the show.Like I stated to them,Norm is great, but his projects are usually to advanced for the new sawdust maker. I can't figure out how Norm can build those things in 1/2 hour!

    Thumbs up

Way to go Gail! I just got done watching the previews. You were terrific, and you look alot better than Norm ever did! Really...nice job! How'd you manage to keep this so quiet?

After the Norm bashing a couple of weeks ago, I'm not sure that is such a good idea. Go get um, Gail!

    Woodworking show on PBS...

I love PBS programs, and another woodworking show is fine with me, although my wife might complain? Hope the show is a great sucess.

Congratulations Gail!!! What could be better than to talk about WT (Woodworking Together) instead of NYW or WW all of the time?

    Good Luck!

I, too, have emailed our local PBS stations, and will also add a note with the annual check we send. This is fund raising time for our PBS stations and I figure this is a good time to let them know what I would like to see in the programming.

    New Show

Gail gets another vote from me. I have a hard time even finding reruns here in Vegas. I used to see Marks and Hout on DIY but they are gone now. I hope this new show is popular.

I have always enjoyed seeing your work here at SMC; it'll be a treat to see some of your talent on TV as well.

Well done Gail. The promo is great. I hope a large number of the local PBS stations pick this show up.

I'll be looking forward to seeing it regularly.

Yeah, Gail. You go girl. I'm glad to see another show coming on the scene. Congratulations.
Just keep working on it. It'll give up and do right after a while.
