YATSS (Yet Another Table Saw Sled :)

Lots of sled posts here, so here is mine. Made with some BB plywood with two t-slots cut into it, some aluminum angle, and a sacrificial fence (also with t-slots).

The runner is an Incra (makes putting this together a one hour job).

You can adjust it to any angle by loosening the knobs. I set it using a large plastic protractor reading between the fence and the line of screws that holds the Incra miter bar.

This sled works better than any other I've made. I can mark it for commonly used angles, and tweak it to perfection. And it will hold an angle until I change it.

I use it in the left-hand slot of my BT3K saw with custom 30-inch left-side miter extension, so I can handle pretty substantial cross-cuts.

Phil, I like the square cut sled there, sleds are like clamps, never enough of them or room to hang them...
