    A long time coming

About one year ago I bought a Jet Mimi Lathe. It sat in the spare room untill just today. Right after I got the lathe things went bad in a hurry. money that I was to use for tools went other places. Anyway Now that things are the way they should be. In the last 6 months I have put together most of the things that I should need. You might say I went kind of off the deep end putting it together.
    One Lathe one year ago.

Don't know why the pictures don't work. Anyway I wanted to add that I also picked up a Pinnacle chuck and a couple other things.

Not a big one but should work for now. If you are wondering why all the tarps. My shop is outside under a awnning.

One more picture and thats all there is.

    Thanks for looking.

The pull of the vortex always wins Way to go! You are in business... nice set up! Now make sure we get pix of all the stuff that come off of there!

BTW... to post pictures you can just go down into "manage attachments" lower on the "post message" page. "Browse" for the picture you want, making sure that the picture is within the size requirements and sizing down as necessary. Then you upload it and you are done... the picture should then appear in the post! There is a tutorial around here somewhere! Maybe someone will come by and direct you to it!

Congrats Dennis. You have been sucked into the black hole of turning. Nicely outfitted now.

    From the Support Forum

    How to Attach Images Inline,
or, What You've All Been Waiting For (tm).

    1. Start a New Post.

    2. Click on the Paperclip (or Manage Attachments), and
    upload your pictures as usual:

    3. Now, click on the little Arrow next to the Paperclip. You will get a drop-down list of all images available for you to attach inline.

(It will insert an "ATTACH" tag, as follows.).
