Now, isn't that something? I'd like to look under table to see the mechanism.

That is kool!
That is cool and I bet it is good for pinching your fingers after Christmas dinner.
Strive for perfection...Settle for completion
Isn't that the table Rick Christopherson built ten years ago and is buiding a new-improved model with --- God forbid Gary -- a Domino???Originally Posted by Gary Keedwell

The demonstrator must have been getting pretty tired of doing that.

Very interesting design. The mechanism must be really complicated. Love the look of the table on the commercial site with different color woods for the star.
Yes, it's a similar concept to my table, but DB Fletcher's mechanism is pretty unique. The spreader mechanism is similar to the original Robert Jupe design, but the raising and lower of the components is done with a roller coaster of cam followers. Unlike all of the designs that are based on the original Robert Jupe design, you don't have to spin my table to open it.
Oh by the way, there are close to 325 Domino tenons in mine too.
The pricing guide on that site says that they START at $49,700.00..and go UP from there. I knew it wouldn't be cheap...but there's a LOT of room between cheap and 50 GRAND for a table.Originally Posted by Gary Keedwell
