Thread: Rename Neanderthal?

  1. #16
I also think that the Neanderthal Forum is aptly named, and I vote it stays as it is. Like Ken says........"If it ain't broke, don't fix it!" And for the comment that Ron made about the knuckles draggin' the ground...................you just cannot listen to him much........the Boy ain't right!

For those who don't realize it.....Kevin and I spend quite a bit of time in the chat room bantering back and forth and having a great time. I meant absolutely no harm in the comments in my previous post.......just diggin' at Kevin.

For those of you who haven't ventured into the chat room....we have a great time in there discussing a myriad of topics.....sometimes even woodworking....come on in and sit a spell.

but with much wider, sharper points, and then there are some little wood and iron boxes with handles that you slide along a plank and it shaves off little thin pieces of the wood leaving it smoother and thinner. There is even one long flat steel thing with notches along one edge and has a wood handle on one end and it will cut a board if you slide it back and forth on the board with the little notches on the board. They is lots more, I'll bring pitchers to show you someday. Here is one pitcher of an OleGrouch using one of them smoothin things. Bobby

    Cool

OK Bobby. I don't see a cord anywhere. So where does the battery go?

Bobby, you are on the wrong side of it! Kinda like sitting on the handlebars of a bicycle and riding it at the same time. Go figure. Todd.

Todd, there ain't no right side to be on, on that thang, its tough, it pulls eaiser than pushes, takes more muscle to push. I built up my muscles pulling and sliding and flipping die-sets on presses and milling machines and can't push a fly. Bobby
