Thread: From St. Jude Children's Research Hospital

  1. From St. Jude Children's Research Hospital

Got this about 30 minutes ago... hey mods, how about a sticky on this for a while?

    ---------------------------------------

Thank you for the gift of $1,432.07 for the children of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Please extend our sincere gratitude to everyone who participated in the Sawmill Creek online auction for woodturnings making this very generous contribution possible. Thank you, too, for the opportunity to match the donation through Aon Foundation.

Thanks to you and others who have joined us in our mission, our patients receive the world’s best medical care. Our incredible physicians and scientists move forward with state-of-the-art biomedical and technical tools to administer treatment protocols and pursue the cures that will save the lives of children all over the world.

When the hospital first opened over 40 years ago, our late founder Danny Thomas promised that the cost of treatment and care for a child at St. Jude would never be a burden for either the child or family. And, to this day, with the help of caring people like you, that promise has always been kept.

There are countless worthwhile charities, all very deserving of your support, and all of us here at St. Jude – our patients and their families as well as our staff –are deeply grateful to your community of woodworkers for their friendship and generosity.

    Best personal regards,
    Becky
