Too wet to plow yet, and I got all the bark out by the woodpile cleaned up and off in the woods. Bucked up a widowmaker poplar that finally hit the ground this winter, and having some gas left in the freshly sharpened saw, I knocked the end off some maple.
After cleaning shop I went back to get my chunks, and they were covered with ants, eating the sugar. Now my whole left arm is sticky with a mess of the same. Maple syrup, anyone?
One's sanded @ 120, one unsanded, because I kept getting caramel clogs on the paper.
