Apricot HF

Curt....beautiful HF! I've not had any luck with apricot so far....cracks galore and harder than a rock!

Ken, this wood was still a little on the green side. It wasn't bad at all to turn but just since I took the pics 2 days ago there are some cracks starting to spread from the pith in the sides. I turned it pretty thin (for me), about 1/4" in hopes it wouldn't self-destruct but we'll see what happens in the next few weeks.
