Kudos to Taunton press, Fine Woodworking mag

There was a little problem with my subscription, so I called them up and told them I missed a couple issues.

Only one question asked, and they sent me the last 3 issues, and they arrived in about 4 days !!

I like that kind of service !

Yep, my very first issue of Fine Homebuilding didn't arrive quite right -- I got the paper cover that was glued to the magazine, but the magazine was missing.

I called them up and said "I know this wasn't your fault, but..." and received a replacement two days later.

    Taunton is great!

I had moved and missed issues as the address change didn't go so well at there end. They did the same thing for me. Great customer service! No questions asked.
