    drilling into sea shells?

My wife is working with kids this summer, doing crafts and such. Today she was asking me what she needs to drill a hole into a sea shell. I told her I would try a glass drilling bit but was wondering if anyone here might have a better idea.

Quite honestly Mark, a glass drilling bit was the first thing that popped into my mind.
There's one in every crowd......and it's usually me!

A small burr cutter in a dremel tool does a good job on seashells. Just grind away a small hole.

    Cheers
