This is what I use for the smaller clamps. Pipe clamps etc. hang on the wall.
Cost me nothing but a little time. Rollers from an old office chair tossed years ago and a few pieces of left over 2x4 and pine boards on the top.

Similar to some others posted on here.....mine has 130 asst. clamps stored on it...with room for a few more.
