    Another segmented bowl

    This is another segmented bowl that I did with the same method as the walnut and maple bowl, but I got a little more exotic with it. It's comprised if Yellow heart, Purple heart, Bloodwood, and Maple. It contains 145 pieces and measures 12-7/8" by 3-1/2" with a wall thickness of 3/16". I finished it with Tung oil and buffed.

    Put a lazy susan under it and you've got a hypnotizing bowl.

    That's a really cool pattern you've got going there.
