    Donor Board

I was tasked to make a Donor Board for a Local Historical Society. Used the Sears Compucarve to vector cut the tracks and Sublimated the name tags. Have 2 tags to fix when I go back for a update.

Would have loved to have done the outside sign, nice work.

Even had a Senator driving a Gold Spike for the dedication.

    Al,
How do you like the compucarve? We looked at for a few things and wasn't sure how it would work out
    Thanks

    Nice work Al,

All of the sign work is excellent and your donor boards are very innovative.

    Compucarve

I really like my CompuCarve and have 2 as I wanted a back up. I have 400 hours on one and 40 on the other. I have had my share of problems, most caused by me or the wood. The cut motor has a magnet for closed loop speed control. My magnet let go and it went into default full speed mode. Fixed the magnet but 50 hours later it let go again. I got a new motor and peeked.... New design will never fail. You can read more about it with pictures on the www.carvewright.com forums, I post under digitalwoodshop and post a lot of pictures.
