Jet Mini Lathe question

Thanks to the group on the pen turning chat last night, I guess I now need to buy the JET Mini-Lathe. In case I decide to turn something larger than a pen, how wide a bowl can I turn on it?

I think it's something on the order of 9 1/2" depending on how perfectly round you have sawn the blank.

The Swing on the JWL-1014 is 10" (that is what the ten in the model number is - the fourteen is the max length.).

I regularly turn in the 9.5-9.75 range. That means that to I have to remove the bowl to move the tool rest from one side of the bowl to the other though. Clearance over the tool rests is about 8.75".
