    Radiant Heater

LV has a radiant heater that I'm thinking about ordering. Has anyone used this heater or know anything about it? TIA

I have three of them in my shop and they do a nice job at keeping me comfortable. On the really cold days we've had recently, I did need to supplement the radiant units with my kero heater, but once things were up to 60-65º, I could bag the fume factory and work without my over jacket with no problem. In fact, I sometimes had to turn them to "half" power to avoid a sunburn when working closer to them. Remember...they warm "you" and the tools, not the air.
