A Little Sycamore Bowl during a visit....

Here's a little Sycamore bowl that I turned while visiting Mark Cothren. Barry Stratton came all the way to Arky-Town to visit and get some hands-on experience of some aspects of woodturning. It was a GREAT visit and it was sure nice to meet Barry Stratton and spend the day turning with Barry and Mark at Mark's shop.

This is a little Sycamore bowl that is a NE minus the bark. All the color around the edge is a natural color and was enhanced with the antique oil finish.

Thanks Mark and Barry for a most wonderful day turning with some great friends as well as the great breakfast at Bob's Grill with Joe Meazle, Barry Stratton, and Mark Cothren.
