That is your driver version I need to get the firmware version.
1) Turn system on
2) Once ready press the escape button
3) Move the cursor down and press select on preferences
4) Move the cursor down to ABOUT and press select
5) Give me this number it should be 23-23-39.sf it may not be this exact number but this is what I am needing.

I am glad to hear the positive responses as to the life of the tubes. This makes me feel a bit better but the shorter live seems to be the norm as of all the posts I have read in response to my question is that the tube life is 1-2 years.

What you should take away from all of those threads is that there is no guarantee on tube life... it can be 5 days and it can be 5 years. If we were to take an average, I bet it would be a few years, but as with all averages there are plenty of outliers to the norm. Figure on having enough money to purchase a tube replacement as soon as the warranty ends and you'll be fine.
