Feedback Forum

On another site with a Classified forum they have a seperate "Feedback Forum" where buyers and sellers can leave feedback on transactions. To check or leave feedback you just do a forum search for the person's name and either view or add feedback. I always thought this was a great idea and cut down on charlitans.

I think that Sawmill Creek has been fairly free of frauds working the classifieds. I think if you click on a seller's name and choose the "find all posts by" option for that member you can get a feel for their connection to this community and get a bit of an idea of who you are dealing with. There is a new policy for members posting in the classified section that they need to be contributors to do so. I think that will cut back on the possibility of getting ripped off even more.
I would think that there may be some liability issues that the administrators might incur if a feedback area were created.
