    uniplane

A gentleman down the road from my shop has a delta uniplane for sale real cheap. I don't need this tool but for the price (well you know the disease). Does this tool have it's place in a shop or was it just a bad design.

I paid $150 for mine 20 years ago.

It gets minimal use, but a handy tool to have around the shop.

My understanding is they are nice to work with, but now the cutting inserts are hard to find. Unless Mike has a source.

I have seen two NOS sets of Uniplane cutters on ebay in the last year, but they were spendy!

I have a .pdf drawing of both the rough & finish cutters, if anyone needs a copy.
