    Laguna ceramic inserts

Mind you I have not checked with Laguna yet but Is there an alternate source to order ceramic inserts for a Laguna bandsaw?

    Doubtful...they are pretty unique, Rick.

You could always use hardwood as the insert as well. Less sparking going on with that option.
I could cry for the time I've wasted, but thats a waste of time and tears.

I am thinking that these are unique to Laguna machines. I do not know of any aftermarket sources for ceramic pieces like these.
I am sure you could replace the side guides with wood replacements, but the thrust guide may not hold up too well if it was made of a wood product.
Check with Laguna for replacement costs before going elsewhere. Mine have been in place for a couple of years now with little signs of wear.
