Two Christmas Presents Just In The St. Nick Of Time

Special Thanks to James Biddle for the design of the quilt rack that I copied and printed pictures of and kind of freehanded the pattern and guessed at the size.

This is made from an old black walnut board that came out of an old barn we tore down, it's well over a hundred years old.

This is for my wife who has been crocheting blankets for the kids.

This blanket chest is for my daughter and son-in law, quarter sawed white oak from my son-in-laws dad ,he owns and runs a hardwood lumber and custom door business.

Put the last coat on these two projects yesterday cutting it close but made it in time

Thanks for looking and have a happy and blessed Christmas.

Great looking work Jeff, gotta love that quartersawn oak. I'm just about finished with a set of kitchen cabinets built from quartersawn red oak.
