Thread: Dowelmax Christmas!

    Dowelmax Christmas!

To my great joy my wife gave me a Dowelmax this morning! She even consulted with Mr. Lindsay on the phone about a special project that requires a 7/8" spacer, and Jim included it!

Just sharing the joy! Now I'm back to the kitchen where a standing rib roast that's been in the oven at 200 degrees for several hours needs the last ten minute blast at 500 before we make the Yorkshire pudding.

    Merry Christmas all!

    Congratulations,

I was also fortunate to get a Dowelmax for Christmas.

Thumbs up ...Dowelmax is a generous gift

    Happy Holidays Bill and Chris!

Congrats on getting the great gift of a Dowelmax.
If you are going to dowel, this is the way to do it!
Quick, accurate and repeatable...my first multi-dowel joint (5) really surprised me.
By using a reference face, instead of the usual self-centering clamp,
it is possible to make a tidy flush joint.
Mr. Lindsay runs a nice business on the West coast of Canada.
He often answers the telephone over there himself! (or his son)

Put those jigs to work, men!
    be well,
    Walt

Since I got my Dowelmax, I seldom cut M&T joints anymore. It is much much quicker, much less error prone and is strong enough for nearly all applications. I would be very surprised if you gentlemen aren't well pleased. Congratulations!
