    Christmas Rocking Horse

Hi guys, I'm kinda new here, looking to learn a lot from you guys.

This is actually the 5th one of these I've made. This one is made of laminated 2 x 4's. The finish is a light oak stain topped with 3 coats of water base poly spray.

This one was made for the little guy my wife baby sits, the neighbors little boy. He is 15 months now and climbs on and off the horse by himself and rides it like a pro.

Beautiful job. I've always wanted to build one of those.

Sweet. The Rider is obviously stoked. Also cool that you made it with 2x4 stock.

What a wonderful present. I remember the one my brothers and sisters had as a child. We all enjoyed it very much.

Very good looking Rocking Horse you made there.

I guess I just may have to start working on one, I really like the looks of that one and it looks heavy and strong.

    Great work...

    Very nice work!
Always feels good to know you've made something that a child finds such great enjoyment in.
