You better make sure they have the wrist strap on...I heard a few horror stories about Wii and the remotes going flying into the TV's... If I catch my kids without the strap on and they are playing, it gets taken from them for the day. My 47" LCD will not be a casualty!

I can see how wii elbow can happen. There are a couple games that really fire up my carpal tunnel/ulnar nerve problem ... especially the baseball. Overall it's lots of fun. The kids have to use wrist straps. If it's my kids, the game gets taken away. If it's a neigbor kid, they aren't allowed to play anymore that day.

LOL!!! For my 11 year old and I, it's more developing carpal tunnel from playing Guitar Hero III on his Playstation. Talk about an addictive game!!!

Try "Rock Band". Combines the best of Guitar Hero and SingStar. Karaoke meets air guitar.

My kids and I played for 10 hours on Christmas. I was hoarse the next day from trying to sing like Steven Tyler (and failing miserably according to my wife).

Without a doubt, the best $150 I ever spent. 10 hours of entertainment for five poeple. Works out to $3 per person per hour. And that was just the first day....

    An instant classic. Highly recommended.

I'll have to check that out, Jack, once our addition is done. We've been thinking about some things like that.

I think many Wii owners would have bought rock band had it been available this holiday season. They will get us for both now. Good strategy. I do hat ethe annoying tap of the drums I hear in the stores though. Definately need the home theater turned up to drown that out.

Rock Band is awesome! My wife and I have played it heavily since it came out. Well worth the money.
