I was just looking online at the 1026 shaper, intending to place an order. The price online is $975.00. In the new catalog and the Christmas sale catalog, it is 895.00. Anyone else ordered online? What was the price?

Just a guess but did the Christmas sale price end on the 25th and the new 2008 catalog price starts on Jan 1st. At regular price the week between Christmas and new years.

The Christmas catalog price and the 2008 price is the same. I was wanting to order tonight so I can deduct it for 2007. No one answering the phone there tonight.

I've been watching their bandsaws on Amazon and those prices just went up. In the '08 catalog there is $69 shipping and on Amazon it's still $74 and the price of the machine went up $30.

When I got my G0490 they wouldn't give me the lowest shipping charge even though it was the one in their mose recent ads. I had to pay whatever the current shipping price was.

I put it off and it cost me, I should have pulled the trigger but the temptation to wait on an even lower price won out. I do it every time.
