    Question Dust collector

The last main piece of equipment I need before I am allowed to set up shop in the basement of our new house is a good dust collector. I would like opinions on the new JET canister models vs a "regular" style with good bags. The local Woodcraft has the DC1100CK on sale for $429 (tax incl) tomorrow, and they have a Delta unit with the same cfm and 5 micron bags for about $310. Is the Jet worth the extra $$? I don't have the time or money right now for a cyclone or kit, but I do want to get a good unit that won't leave dust all over the house. Any opinions would be appreciated.

I'd go the Jet canister and also think about an air filtration system...the Jet 1000 is about 199 and at Woodcraft, should be 10% off that too. The combination of the two units should keep dust to the minimum.
