    Thumbs up Excellent!

That is one nice shop you have built. I like your layout, your DC, and of course the bench. Thanks for sharing it with us.

    Terry,

What a well designed space! It's easy to see all the though and planning that went into it. Is it always this clean?

    Thumbs up Shop Tour

    Hi Terry,
Great looking shop. Nobody is supposed to have a shop like that after only 2 years of wood working. Thanks for sharing the pictures with us and keep up the good work.

    Great looking shop ...

I'm planning my own shop to be built next spring at our new home. I'm planning on 36' X 40' with an upstairs office/storage area. SWMBO insists that I "plan for the future" and put in all of the perks I want now, that I might want later. I currently don't do a lot of flat work, but want to get into it when I have a space big enough. The cyclone, lighting, heating, AC, duct work, mats and storage areas are all points I'm planning, and of course ... the Recliner! I also have drawn up a bathroom and a reserved spot for the fridge. Your set up looks great and I'm sure I'll beg, borrow or unfortunately steal a lot of your ideas. Thanks for the tour, it helped me visualize a lot of the things I want to do. The main bench is fantastic! I hope to be able to make one similar to it. Thanks again.
    Thanks, Ron

    You Should be very proud

Its clear that you have put in a lot of time and effort into your shop. I am guessing that anyone of us would love to have the same setup you have put together. Great Job.
If at 1st you don't succeed, go back to the lumberyard and get some more wood.

    I'm having space envy

Nice dust collection system. I also like your bench. That's a great space you have there.

What a wonderful shop. How did you manage to put that together in only 2 years of wood woodworking? If I had that shop I wouldn't need a house, except for maybe the wife and kids.
