Diving Medallion?

Hey everyone ...

With the recent swim team plaqe order I received there is also a need for plaques with a diving medallions on them. Does anyone have a source for a 2" disc, a raised or domed one would be nice, for a plaque mount. I have found medallions designed to be worn or a ribbon, but not mounted on a plaque.
