    Talking Stanley 110 and 120

Just picked up a couple of Stanley Planes, a 110 and a 120.

Question, as I am a user and not a collector, are these worth the effort to bring them up to speed. Both are promising, no rust, etc., but I deferr to your guidance before I put precious time into resurrecting them.

I thank you in advance for your responces.

    Regards

    Fred

They're considered low-grade planes, but I say, clean them up, sharpen the iron, and see what they can do for you.

  3. I use mine for plywood..just keep em sharp

I've got a 110 that I use all the time. Clean them up and put them to use!
