    Table Saw Sled

    Table Saw Sled.
A few days ago..the conversation on here was about table saw sleds. I just built one..and wanted to share. 44 inches wide by about 27 deep. This size fits a Delta unisaw. I used finnish birch ply, and qtr sawn white oak. Finished in shalac, it really came out great. Kreg has some nice runners I used on the underside. I can now cross cut up to a 24 inch piece of plywood. Which will be nice when breaking down large pieces. The fence is staight as an arrow. cuts very nicely. I got the idea from the book 'The Table Saw Book' by Kelly Mehler.

That is the same design as David Marks' sled.
