    Saw-Jaw Question

Can anyone who owns one of these saw blade holders tell me what size the opening in the center is please.

I am wondering if I can get my blade stiffeners inside the opening in the center.
    Thanks

    Eddie,

I am working on the road this week, so I can't give you the exact measurement (my workshop is 300 mile away). But I can tell you that I use a 5" diameter Forrest blade stiffener and it does not fit through the hole. If I am removing my saw blade to install my stacked dado head then i just leave the blade stiffener in the saw jaw with the blade. If I am changing saw blades then I use the saw jaw to loosen the arbor nut, remove the saw jaw, remove the arbor nut, arbor flange, and blade stiffener, and then re-install the saw jaw to remove the blade.
