    Question more flat roof questions

    Hi:

I got some more flat roof questions.

    1. The flat roof that is on the back part of my house is a torch down modified bituminious roofing material that has seperated at the seams and has caused some major damage to the ceiling and walls of my house. What would be the best way to fix the roof?

    2. The flat roof measures 35 x 15. What is the largest size that torch down roofing material comes in?

    3. Is it common for torch down roofs to seperate at the seams?

    4. would be better to lay another piece of the torch down material on top of the leaking part or would it be better to remove that section and replace it with a new peice?

    Thanks,

    Bob

What is your warranty? A good torch job should not split, and when they do, it is very difficult to repair and leads one to think the rest of the job is suspect.
