    Anyone heard of this company?

clearcreeklumber.com. Reason I ask is that I found their web site several months ago and last month placed an order with them. Have not received the order (although PayPal acct. was charged) nor have they responded to my emails. Can't find a phone number either.

Thanks Shawn - I'll give that number a try.

That number has been disconnected. Appears they may be out of business.

Hmm, I did note when looking on whois, the domain name " clearcreeklumber.com", was only registered this year in January (Jan 08). So maybe they just started up and did not really know wheat they were getting into.

    for a better expierance!

Try Bell forest products. com. They are there and have much that a turner would desire.. They let us, (Supiorland woodturners) meet there every month. They are good honest people.

    Paul,
I would contact PP about getting a refund.

With all due respect to Bob, I cannot recommend Bell Forest Products. They have nice woods but their prices are ridiculous. Their business honesty definitely leaves something to be desired. I would avoid them if possible.

I have heard really good things about Berea Hardwoods from many people.

I get almost all of my stuff by scrounging for free wood.

    Good luck,

Paul I definitely would get a hold of Paypal. Doesn't sound like they are in business but sure took your money.
