    Campbell Hausfeld air compressors parts

I have a CH compressor that served me well before the switch assembly went bad.

When I priced replacing the component, I had to take a 3 hour nap.

Anybody know a good place for used or cheaper parts?

(I got the wife for a rib... it's hard to justify an arm and leg for an old air compressor)

I have one that's been through two switches. As long as the pressure shutoff part of the switch is working, you can plug the compressor into a switched outlet and turn it on and off using the switch for the outlet. Much cheaper than a replacement switch and it won't fail two years from now.

To take Terry's good suggestion one step further Springfield

would have appliance repair shops who carry generic single-pole switches to be installed on the unit or as for that matter any electrical or hardware store.

If the pressure switch is gone, check retailers or check or their parts dept's - such as Sears.
