    Starting a new robot project

    I know some of you follow my robot projects. I just started a large robot project. This will be one of my larger bots. I got the motors in today. (Winshield Wiper Motors)

    I used the CNC to create a test mount, nad the laser to cur some gears.

    I have to say these motors are very powerfull and quiet. I think I will pick up a couple extras to use on a future power feeder I want to build.

    I am about ready to CNC the lower base. I was going to use UHMW/HMPE but its not ridgid enough. I think I will us some 3/4" Baltic birtch. It will have to support a 25lb battery.
