Last Page in a Thread

How can I set up my sign-in to see all the pages in a thread? By this I mean when I am not signed in,I can see after the thread title all the pages listed. ie 1,2,3, last page, but soon as I sign-in I have to open the thread to the first page and then click the last page. This can take awhile because of my slow connection speed.

Strange, I see the list of pages when I'm signed in. But, in the "Last Post" column, where the date, time and name of the poster of the last post is shown, there should be a small blue button with a white caret. Click that button and it should take you to the last post in that thread.

Also, there should be a similar button just to the left of the thread title. Click that button and it should take you to the first "new post" in that thread. I assume "new post" means the first post in that thread since you last visited the forum. May not be the "last page", but may be more useful.
