    Small myrtlewood bowl

This bowl is myrtlewood, the rim is some kind of mystery wood I had. The myrtle has some nice color, spalting and curl. About 6" x 2", semi-gloss lacquer finish.

Very nice little bowl Curt! Great grain and color in that Myrtlewood - looks like some curl! Interesting form and your use of a different color wood for the lip really draws the attention to the inside. Very nice work!

You did a great job with this beautiful wood. I particularly like the design and the lip enhancement.

    Curt,

That is one beautiful bowl!! The rim really sets off the rest of the bowl.
