    Oval Corian Restroom Signs

These are just samples I recently made that may or may not ever be installed but they are very simple to route and will look great I think with a wrought iron hanger. The plan calls for two 14" by 24" Bone colored ovals to be glued back to back so they would be 1" thick when installed. I like this design, it has nice contrast, and could be either an interior or exterior sign.

Keith, signs look very neat and clean, will be hard to find restrooms good enough to hang these on.

Donald, thanks for the good review

Al, it's not a font, its a vector graphic that came on the Vector Art CD #2.

Super work - those really look nice.

You have probably told us before - but if you get a chance, could you elaborate on how you mask and paint the Corian please. I need to do some signs in Corian and painting is my fear.

    Thanks, Pete

No need to mask and paint, Peter, you cut it, spray paint it (to fill the letters), then used a sander and sand the entire face, leaving the letters with the paint still in them. It's about as simple as simple gets when it comes to putting paint in letters. That's one of the beauties of using Corian.
