Warped miter bar on Incra 1000SE

The miter bar on my Incra 1000SE is really warped. My miter gauge no longer sits flat on the table saw and I have to really push down to get it to lay flat. Has anyone else had this problem? Is this something that I should take to Incra customer service? I got it at the end of last June so it's less than a year old.

I had the same problem. Since I had purchased it at Woodcraft I took it back and they exchanged the miter bar for a new one and now it is perfect.
