E-mail notification of responses?

On some other forums I go on, there is the option of receiving an e-mail notification of responses to your post, or post you've responded to.
Anything like that possible here? Could it be looked at?
Thanks. It saves having to re-visit the post all the time to look for new responses.

At the top of every thread there is a menu just above the first post. Go to Thread Tools -> Subscribe to this thread. You might need to change email options in the User CP too, not sure.
