Angry Epilog new driver - help please

Ok, I'm not the smartest when it comes to this stuff, so I tried to do this myself, thinking it would be easy. (maybe to others but I'm stugling)

    Here's what I've done.
Clicked on the the new driver and downloaded it to my c drive.
Extracted it to my c drive.
Followed the prompts (the book only gives a guide to new installations - for us oldies, this is no help as I thought we where doing an update
    Converted the files ok
Clicked on the 45W icon and the computer did it's thing.

Only trouble is I don't get to see the all new, you beaut screen.

Any help on this wet and miserable afternoon would be appreciated.

    Thanks

David - your post at 3:10 AM my time may have already been fixed, but just in case - you're not crazy, I didn't see the new 'dashboard' until after I rebooted.

If that doesn't work, you'll need to open your 'printer' up for the Epilog and update the driver from there. If you need help with that - give me a PM and I'll run it down for you...

On my system - vista - I had to delete the current driver & it's directory. Reboot - not connect to laser. Load the new driver & reboot again.
