Lacquer for Ping Pong top

Where can I buy a gallon of slate blue / denim blue lacquer for spraying a ping pong top?

I suppose the top coat will be a clear satin lacquer to get the sheen that I am looking for(?).

What sort of stores carry custom mixed sprayable lacquers anymore?

it to you unless you have a business license and appropriate spray booth facilities in order to comply with air quality (VOC) regulations - state and/or federal as might be the case.

At least that is the situation in CA which has some pretty stringent requirements aside from fed.
