Picked up a few carving tools can you guys tell me who made them. I believe they say Germany and have a strange symbol. Attatched is the picture of the symbol.

Looks like a Henkles logo??????

I agree. Looks a lot like a Henckels logo. Didn't know they ever made carving tools - except turkey carving tools.

Yes I found out they are Henckels. I bought 13 of them, 4 dastra carving chisels, and a dastra carving knife. I think I paid too much...oh well.Originally Posted by Mike Henderson
