    HoldFast as Veneer Press

    Since the HoldFast can produce 20hg would this be OK to use as a veneer press?
    I checked the General Woodworking forum but got no hits.

    If you don't get a reply PM Dennis Peacock. He was doing some veneering I'll bet he was using the same vacuum pump he uses on the lathe.
